Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю
Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю повертається: 1) після виконання переможцем процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі договору про закупівлю; 2) за рішенням суду щодо повернення забезпечення договору у випадку визнання результатів процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі недійсними або договору про закупівлю нікчемним; 3) у випадках, передбачених статтею 43 цього Закону; 4) згідно з умовами, зазначеними в договорі про закупівлю, але не пізніше ніж протягом п’яти банківських днів з дня настання зазначених обставин
